“Yippee!!!” Annie’s shriek could be heard from a mile away.

Lulu, awoken by Annie’s shriek of joy, jumped out of bed and rushed to her parent’s bed. There, Perkin was just dreaming a wonderful dream…….When suddenly two little cats violently jumped on him and nearly scared the life out of him. He opened his eyes just a bit and saw Annie& Lulu but pretended to be scared, he cried for help. “Help! Monsters! Dorothy, Zara, Ashton, HELP!!!” Perkin yelped.

“It’s only us,” giggled Lulu, while Annie pulled back the curtain- “DADDY! Do come and look at this! The climate change happened last night and and it is snowing! Daddy, Lulu, do come!” Annie squealed.

“Wow” breathed Lulu, getting on her scarf. “Not so fast missy, we are decorating the tree first,” said her mother, who had just come upstairs. Zara and Ashton came up too, each carrying an advent calendar.

“Here are your advent calendars” said Perkin, pulling out two beautiful advent calendars.

They all went downstairs and got out the Christmas decoration box, they started decorating the tree.

Once they had finished they stepped back to admire their work. Outside the rest of the village was preparing for Christmas. Most of the children were decorating the wooden Christmas tree with Rolf Billabong.

While the adults decorated the streets, Hugo Trunk was especially feeling the Christmas pressure since had to get everything done before 6pm. He barked orders at everyone and kept changing his mind.

“Let’s help decorating!” cried Lulu when finally she and Annie were finally allowed outside.
