All because I was late for Breakfast

Mum!!! yelled Carrie Cheseeballs as she came down for breakfast.

 

Her mum Mausi Cheseeballs said “Carrie you’ve overslept, its half past eight and we’ve all eaten breakfast.”Bother whispered Carrie so Mausi could not hear her. Did you say something Carrie, I thought you did. No no mum said Carrie

, what a lucky escape! Because she was late Carrie had to have breakfast alone. Carrie spilt her hot chocolate on the floor. Mausi heard the splash and came running in.”Carrie you have hot chocolate on your dress!” squealed Mausi, now go and have a bath.

Ding Dong went the door bell, “coming” said Mausi. It was Annie Keats and Oscar Chocolate, They were coming for a play date. Hi, where is Carrie asked Annie. Carrie spilt hot chocolate on herself and now she’s having a bath. Oh Annie and Oscar said looking disappointed . You can come in, I’m sure  is nearly finished. Teri you can come in too Mausi added.

 

At that moment Carrie came waddling out with shampoo on her head. Carrie you look funny laughed Oscar, Carrie wash that of at once shouted Mausi at once before Carrie could not say anything. “Sorry” Mausi said to Annie, Oscar and Teri seating them down at the table. She made two cups of coco for the kids and two cups of tea for Teri and the other one for herself.

 

Carrie took her friends upstairs to her room. On the stairs Carrie tripped up and fell, she screamed. Mausi and Teri came running to see what the matter was. After they saw Carrie was only bleeding on her leg they relaxed and Mausi put a plaster on her leg.

 

Mausi and Teri safely escorted the kids to Carries room. There they played with Carries building blocks and soft toys, but the third one was missing! They looked in the draws under the bed and even in the bed! Nothing. Then Oscar saw something behind the bed…   …it was the third building block! Then they played that Kitty and Rub a Dub Dub had found a pyramid.

In the meantime Teri was talking on and on and on about her new make up.

All of a sudden Mausi shouted “Carrie come down and go outside for a bit, it’s so nice and sunny.” “Yes, Mum, replied Carrie but can we take my toys too?” “I don’t see why not”, Mausi said. So Carrie took her friends outside.

They played together till Carrie decided to use the hose tap for a great place to make a Merry-go-round for Rub a Dub Dub and Kitty. So Annie piled the buildings blocks up to make stairs. Oscar made a slide out of the hose. They all started to play. Accidentally Carrie turned on the tap, the hose squirted her wet with water.

 

Oscar ran inside to get a towel and to go and tell Mausi and Terri. They ran outside und Terri said time to go home. “Annie, your Mum will be waiting and Oscar we have to pick up Daddy.” So Terri, Oscar and Annie left.

 

Carrie got dry and went to bed. What a bad day she murmured as she drifted off to sleep.
